How is your mental health?

We suffer from mental health issues in silence. Afraid of reaching out for help, thinking you may be labeled. There are so many mental stressors that affect us in our everyday life (i.e work, school, kids, family). It’s okay to allow yourself a day off as a stress reliever. If we are not mentally stable we come apart at the seams of our normal routine. Help is always a good thing to ask for, it is not as negative of a perception as people might think.
